Agnes R. "Toni" Heyde, 82, of Chippewa Falls, died Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Wissota Health Transitions in Chippewa Falls under the wonderful care of St. Joseph's Hospice and Wissota Health Staff.

She was born January 10, 1930 in Cornell to Mabel (Schroeder) and John E. Thon. She was raised in Cornell and graduated from Cornell High School in 1948.

Agnes was a charter member of Christ Lutheran Church.

She was most recently employed at the Northern Center for 26 years, retiring in 1992.

Survivors include two daughters, Diane (Jim) Heyde-Peterson of Holcombe, Mary Sikora of Cadott; three sons, Dennis (Linda Knutson) Heyde of Eau Claire, Alan Heyde of Chippewa Falls, David (Coleen Hengst) Heyde of Eau Claire; daughter-in-law, Carol Heyde of Chippewa Falls; four sisters, Peg Bluma of Milwaukee, Marceline McCully of Redlands, Calif., Catherine (Bob) Burns of Chippewa Falls, Cecelia (John) Globensky of Cornell; two brothers, Gerald (Sharon) Thon of Cornell, Raymond (Mary) Thon of Milwaukee; sister-in-law, Isobel Thon of Chippewa Falls; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many special friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Marion Priest, Loretta Haack; two brothers, John L. Thon and Robert Thon; brothers-in-law, Bob Bluma and Jim McCully.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 7 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls with Rev. Mark Homp officiating. Interment will be in Prairie View Cemetery, village of Lake Hallie at a later date.

Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. Friday at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the funeral chapel.

AFTERSERVICE:

A funeral service for Agnes R. "Toni" Heyde, 82, of Chippewa Falls was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 7 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls. TheRev. Mark Homp, of Christ Lutheran Church, Chippewa Falls, officiated and music was provided by Judy Brist.

Honorary casketbearers were Toni's grandsons, Eric Heyde, Ryan Lenfesty, Anthony Sikora, Andrew Heyde, Alex Sikora and Daniel Heyde. Interment will be in Prairie View Cemetery, village of Lake Hallie.
