Arlene Fisher

Arlene D. Fisher, 82, of De Pere, formerly of Chippewa Falls, died Sunday morning, November 21, 2010 at her home.

The daughter of the late Hjalmer and Esther (Thompson) Lindala, was born November 26, 1927 in Minneapolis. She married Donald W. Fisher in Minneapolis and he preceded her in death in September of 1993.

Arlene was creative, loved to sew and do needlework, enjoyed playing bridge and working in her garden and yard. She cherished the time she spent living on Lake Wissota. With a true gift of hospitality, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was a wonderful homemaker and loved being close with her grandchildren. She was active at Bateman Lutheran Church which served as a great source of encouragement.
