GRAVESIDE SERVICE:

2 p.m., Saturday, May 18 at Prairie View Cemetery, village of Lake Hallie, Chippewa Falls

Arlene Delores (Holter) Nelson, 90, died peacefully on Sunday, March 10, 2013 in Dodgeville, WI.

Arlene was born November 16, 1922 the daughter of Clinton and Agnes Holter of Chippewa Falls. She attended school in Chippewa Falls and later worked at the Eau Claire Tire Plant and Presto.

On March 12, 1953 she married Warren L. Nelson of Superior. Together they raised three children. For most of their lives together they lived in the Chippewa Falls/Eau Claire area.

She enjoyed crafting which lead to her and a friend opening a craft shop called "Which One". She also enjoyed bowling, golfing and playing bingo.

She is survived by her daughter, Jill and her husband, David Bender; son, Larry Nelson and his wife Patricia; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and several other family members and friends.

Arlene was predeceased by her husband, Warren L Nelson; son, Mark L. Nelson; sisters, Joyce and Beverly and brothers, William, Raleigh and Jerry. Also, many other family members and close friends.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 18 at Prairie View Cemetery, village of Lake Hallie.

The Rev. Carlton Kangas of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Eau Claire will officiate the prayers during the graveside service.
