Arlene A. Stevens, 73, of Chippewa Falls, died Sunday, July 7, 2013 at St. Josephs Hospital in Chippewa Falls.

She was born November 7, 1939 in the town of Wheaton, Chippewa County to Elizabeth (Riley) and Kenneth Webber. She graduated from Chippewa Falls High School.

In 1958, Arlene married Gerald Stevens. Together they had five children. They resided in Kenosha and Arlene was employed at Anchor Glass in Antioch, IL for over 30 years, until her retirement. She and Gerald later divorced, and in 2000 Arlene moved to Chippewa Falls to be closer to family. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing pool and listening to country music. She was also an avid Packers fan.

Survivors include five children, Randy (Denise) Stevens of Kenosha, Roxanne Schwab of Wisconsin Dells, Lori (Randy) Winchel of Reedsburg, Tina Stevens of Reedsburg and Geri Stevens of Kenosha; siblings, Dorothy (Bill) Mauhar of Eau Claire, Gloria Gulich of Woodville, Donald (Shirley) Webber of Chippewa Falls, Kenneth (Jean) Webber of Tampa, FL, Elaine (Tom) Duncan of Theadosia, MO; special friend, Joanne Proft of Arizona; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Mary Schulner; and two brothers, William and Raymond Webber.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, July 12 at Central Lutheran Church, 28 E. Columbia St., Chippewa Falls with Pastor Aaron Sturgis officiating. Interment will be at Rumery Cemetery, town of Wheaton.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service Friday at the church.

AFTERSERVICE:

A memorial service for Arlene A. Stevens, 73, of Chippewa Falls was held at 11 a.m., Friday, July 12 at Central Lutheran Church, Chippewa Falls. Intern Pastor Aaron Sturgis officiated and personal reflections were given by daughters, Lori Winchel and Tina Stevens. Interment was in Rumery Cemetery town Wheaton, Chippewa County.
