Barbara A. Todd, 79, of Chippewa Falls, town of Lafayette, died Friday, August 23, 2013 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire.

She was born March 7, 1934 in Bellinger, WI to Ruth (Smith) and Lloyd Collins. She was raised in Bellinger and Hannibal. She graduated from Cadott High School in 1952 and attended UWEC for one year.

Barbara married Allen G. Robertson in August 1952 and they resided in Cadott, Eau Claire and the town of Anson.

She was employed at the Elks Club, Austins White House, Western Dairyland and established and ran Gower School Recreation Center in Hallie.

Barbara married Leo Todd on July 3, 1976 at Chapel Heights Methodist Church in Eau Claire. They resided in Hallie until 1978. They then moved to Wausau until 1984 and then moved to the town of Lafayette, where they have since resided.

Survivors include her husband, Leo; two daughters, Linnea (Tom) Anderson of Osseo, Rahna (Patrick) Brunner of Chippewa Falls; three sons, Allen (Sharon) Robertson of Bloomer, Scott (Lori) Robertson of Glenwood City, Corey Robertson of Chippewa Falls; a son-in-law, Byron Schwartz of Chippewa Falls; two sisters, Jean (Jack) Eleyet, Joan Fuson; a brother, Tom Collins;19 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Holly Jean Schwartz on September 16, 2006 and a brother-in-law, Sam Fuson.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 28 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls with Rev. Robert Hoekstra officiating. Interment will be in Prairie View Cemetery, village of Lake Hallie.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m., Tuesday and one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral chapel.

AFTERSERVICE:

A funeral service for Barbara A. Todd, 79, of Chippewa Falls, town of Lafayette, was held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 28 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls. The Rev. Robert Hoekstra officiated and music was provided by Judy Brist. Interment was in Prairie View Cemetery, village of Lake Hallie. Casket bearers were Frank Todd, Byron Schwartz, Austin Robertson, Shane Robertson, Lucas Hoisington and John Matott.
