Brian B. Burgess, 58, of 18091 County Hwy X, Chippewa Falls, town of Lafayette, died Saturday, March 26, 2011 at home.
He was born March 29, 1952 in Eau Claire to Valeria (Reed) and Lyman Burgess. He moved to New Holstein with his family where he graduated from high school in 1970. He was employed at Tecumseh Company in New Holstein.
Brian married Nancy Popp in New Holstein. They moved to Cedartown, Georgia in 1991 when he was transferred with Tecumseh. He returned to Wisconsin where he owned and operated Winner's Circle Bar in St. Cloud, Wis. He relocated to Chippewa Falls in 1996 and has been employed at Presto Absorbent Products since that time.
Survivors include: one daughter, Bridget (Kevin) Niec of New Holstein; two sons, Kyle Burgess of Appleton, Tyler Burgess of Milwaukee; one step-daughter, Michelle (Brian) Haensgen of Mount Calvary, Wis.; one step-son, Travis (Melissa) Boll of St. Nazianz, Wis.; one brother, Gary (Judy) Burgess of Chippewa Falls; three grandchildren, Breyden, Cassandra and Mason; two nieces, Shelly (Dan) Boehnlein of Chippewa Falls, Jami (George) Jackson of Chippewa Falls; one nephew, Todd (Linda) Burgess of Cadott and his best friend, Greg "Sarge" Hughes.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Brian loved his family, Harleys, racing and hunting.

A celebration of Brian's life will be held at 7 p.m., Thursday, March 31 at Butch & Jackie's Bateman Crystal Ballroom in the town of Lafayette. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Crystal Ballroom from 4 p.m. until the time of the service.

A Celebration of Life for Brian B. Burgess, 58, Chippewa Falls, town of Lafayette, was held at 7 p.m., Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Butch & Jackie's Bateman Crystal Ballroom in Bateman. Rev. Rick Hoyme officiated at the service and personal refelections were given by Brian's children, Bridget, Kyle and Tyler and his best friend Greg "Sarge" Hughes. Judy Brist concluded the service playing the bagpipes.
