Casey C. Math, 35, of Chippewa Falls, Village of Lake Hallie, died unexpectedly Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at his home.

He was born October 20, 1976 in Galveston, Texas to Alene (Warmach) and Dennis Math. He grew up in San Antonio, Texas and later the family moved to Spokane, WA where Casey graduated from high school. He then moved to Casper, WY where he earned a degree in Diesel Mechanics from Casper College.

He enlisted in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy, and was honorably discharged due to a disability.

Casey moved to the Chippewa Falls area in 2007 where he worked at Cascades Tissue Group in Eau Claire as a Millwright.

He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and Minnesota Twins fan. He enjoyed fishing and playing disc golf.

Shortly after moving to the area, he met Jill Proue and the couple married on February 18, 2008. He and Jill had two beautiful daughters, and he was so proud to be a father. Casey was a loving huband and will be dearly missed.

Survivors include his wife, Jill; daughters, Elizabeth (age 3) and Angela (age 1), all of Chippewa Falls; his parents, Dennis and Alene Math of Independence, WI; his father and mother-in-law, Blaine and Sally Proue of Chippewa Falls; his maternal grandmother, Helen Warmach of San Antonio; Jill's grandmother, Loretta Engen of Eau Claire; his aunt, Anna (Kent) Miltenberger of TX; two uncles, Keith Math of Lampasas, TX, Art (Angie) Warmach of TX; brother-in-law, Andrew Proue of Eau Claire; sister-in-law, Erin (Josh) Hill and nephews, Brenen and Michael Hill all of Chippewa Falls.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, March 24 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls with Deacon Mark Arnold officiating. Interment will follow in Prairie View Cemetery, Village of Lake Hallie.

Visitation hours will be from 1 p.m. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated which will go towards his daughters education funds.

AFTERSERVICE:

A funeral service for Casey C. Math, 35, of Chippewa Falls, village of Lake Hallie, was held at 3 p.m., Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls. Deacon Mark Arnold officiated and memories were shared by several of Casey's friends.

Interment followed in Prairie View Cemetery, village of Lake Hallie. Casket bearers were: Ken Desomer, Andrew Proue, Josh Hill, Kory Benner, Art and Nick Warmach.
