Cecelia Barsamian

Cecelia A. Barsamian, 88, of Chippewa Falls, village of Lake Hallie, went home to be with her husband John on Thursday, April 3, 2014.

She was born December 30, 1925 in Eagle Point to Florence (King) and Leslie Hayes.

Cecelia married John Barsamian on June 26, 1946 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Chippewa Falls.

Survivors include seven daughters, Jacqueline (Nick) Cigan of Chippewa Falls, Christine (Tom) Bell of Ladysmith, Debra (Bill) Nandory, Cyndie Barsamian, Elizabeth (Ron) Schmidt, Kimberly Powers and Mary (Frank) Matuszak all of Chippewa Falls; two sons, Larry (Teresa) Barsamian of Cadott, Leslie (Nadine) Barsamian of Chippewa Falls; four sisters, LaVonne Sippy, Sandra Collum, Jane Hole, Susan Yohnk; three brothers, Ben, Stanley and David Hayes; 19 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John in 2001; two sisters, Dolores Sippy and Lou Anne Denning; and two brothers, Phillip and Eugene Hayes.

A private funeral service will be held. A public celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5 (TODAY) in the basement of the Eagle's Club in Hallie (2588 Hwy. 53, Chippewa Falls) from 12 p.m. - 2 p.m.

Our angel on earth, humble, gentle, door always open to everyone. She was vibrant and loving and loved life to the fullest.
