Clifford G. Kuster

Clifford G. Kuster, 84, of Chippewa Falls, died Friday, August 4, 2023, at his home, under the care of St. Croix Hospice and surrounded by his family. 

Clifford was born December 19, 1938 in Guthrie Center, Iowa to Clifford and Lola (Olson) Kuster. He was employed as an iron worker until his retirement. 

On February 13, 1960, Clifford was united in marriage to Patricia LaFaive. The couple raised four children: Clifford (Anita) Kuster, Jeff (Sonja) Gilbertson, Tammy (Jerry) Burnell, and Pamela (Bill) Bollom. 

He is survived by his sons and daughters; grandchildren, Cole and Amira Kuster, Kate (Jonathan) Smither, Kevin (Amy) and Kyle Wang, and Ryan (Allyssa) Breneman; granddaughter-in-law, Ashley Burnell; great-grandchildren, Liam, Skyler, Anna, Nolan, Mia, Rylan, and Adeline; brother, Larry; and sisters, Pearl Harris and Sally Sheeder.

Clifford was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Patricia; brother, Gerald; sister, Gerry Mae (Vilas) LaRose; grandson, Adam Burnell; and daughter-in-law, Anita.  

The memorial service will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, August 11, 2023, at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, 44 E. Columbia Street, Chippewa Falls, with a visitation one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, non-flowering plants are preferred due to family allergies.
