Dee Ann Schneider, 74, of Chippewa Falls, died Thursday, May 18, 2017 at her home.

She was born May 16, 1943 in Chippewa Falls, the only child of Gretchen (Minick) and Dean Hollen.

On November 29, 1968, Dee married Thomas Schneider, and together had five children.

Dee worked at Honeywell (Cray Research) for a short time, but mainly stayed home to raise the children and make their home.

She was a loving mother to Mike, Mark, Lisa, Jim and Lori; an amazing grandmother to Jared, Shawn, Courtney, and Natasha; and a caring great-grandma to Weston and Kayden.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Thomas.

She was a generous, sincere and passionate woman who embraced all of our hearts. She was the life of the party, fun loving, lighthearted, and enjoyed life to the fullest. She will be missed every day and will always be in our hearts.

A celebration of Dee's life will be held at11 a.m.,Tuesday, May 23, 2017at Chippewa Valley Bible Church, Chippewa Falls with Pastor Alan Dunham officiating. Private family interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Chippewa Falls.

A visitation will be held one hour prior to the serviceTuesdayat the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and appreciated.
