Donald C. Noller, 70, of Chippewa Falls, town of Lafayette, died Thursday, November 14, 2013 at home.

He was born May 12, 1943 in Rhinelander to Lulu (Mead) and John Noller. He was raised in Bruce and graduated from Bruce High School in 1961. He worked at National Presto Industries for 47 years as an electrician, eventually becoming Head of Maintenance and Master Electrician.

He married Frances Voss on February 20, 1965 at St. Anthony's Church in Tony, WI. They resided in Chippewa Falls and in 1975, built their home on Lake Wissota.

Survivors include his wife, Fran; two sons, Dave (Brandi) Noller of Elk Mound, Drew (Susan) of Chapin, SC; a daughter, Sarah (Bob) Hall of Chippewa Falls; mother-in-law, Irma Voss of Ladysmith; sister, Patricia (Art) Piwaron of Waukesha; nine grandchildren, Bowdrie and Victor Noller, Ethan, Ashley, John Stephen and Ava Noller, Johanna, Lauren and Rebecca Hall; numerous brothers and sisters-in-laws; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Tracy in infancy; and his father-in-law, Frederick Voss.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, November 19 at Notre Dame Catholic Church, Chippewa Falls with Msgr. Mark Pierce officiating. Interment will be at a later date.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., Monday, at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the Mayo Clinic Health System Cancer Center in Eau Claire or to the charity of the donor's choice.

AFTERSERVICE

A funeral service for Donald Noller, 70, of the town of Lafayette, was held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, November 19 at Notre Dame Church in Chippewa Falls. Msgr. Mark Pierce was celebrant of the funeral Mass assisted by Christian Ruf. Music was provided by organist, Nancy Haley and vocalist, Katie Hall. During the service, readings were given by Peggy and Dolly Linskey; gift bearers were granddaughters, Ashley and Ava Noller, Johanna, Lauren and Rebecca Hall; eucharistic ministers were Brett Linskey, Barb Frieling and Cathy Voss. Those serving as casket bearers were sons, Dave and Drew Noller, grandsons, Bowdrie, Victor, Ethan and John Stephen Noller, son-in-law, Bob Hall and friend, Gary Frederick. Burial will be at a later date.
