Donna J. Monpas, 81, of Chippewa Falls passed away March 11, 2014 at St. Josephs Hospital in Chippewa Falls with her family by her side.

She was born November 30, 1932 in the town of Cooks Valley, the daughter of Andrew and Dorothy M. (Bowe) Sarauer.

On November 26, 1949, she married Merton Milton Monpas in Chippewa Falls.

She was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church, Chippewa Falls.

Donna is survived by four sons, Michael (Sally) Monpas, William (Juanice) Monpas, Anthony (Alice) Monpas, Charles (Vicki) Monpas; one brother, Willis (Margie) Sarauer; one sister, Darlene (Jack) Culbert; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Norman Proulx; and sister-in-law, Jenny Monpas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Merton; her parents; brother, Melvin C. (Mary Ann) Sarauer; sisters, Hilarine B. Sis (Duane) Savaske and Lanita M. Mutz Proulx; daughter-in-law, Patti Monpas; brother-in-law, Gilbert Monpas Jr.; and sister-in-law, Joanne Monpas.

A private service will be held. Burial of cremains will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Chippewa Falls.
