Gertrude Hedrington

Gertrude married Dayton "Dyke" Hedrington on December 12, 1953 at First Methodist Church in Chippewa Falls. They resided in Chippewa Falls where the she raised their children and made their home. Her favorite pastimes were spent outdoors, whether she was gardening, watching and feeding the birds in her yard or sitting in the fishing boat with her husband. She spent many hours canning from the garden, cooking and baking, always trying new dishes and desserts from her extensive cookbook collections. Treats were always on hand for visiting family and friends, even the four-legged variety. Countless hours of laughter and fun will forever be in the hearts and minds of our family. Thank you Mother, for the memories we cherish, until we meet again. Forever loved and missed.
