Glen T. Sines, 62, of Rice Lake, passed away March 4, 2016 at Rivers Edge Assisted Living in Chetek.

He was born January 2, 1954 in La Crosse, WI to Mary Margaret (Nothhorn) Browning and lovingly adopted by Hugh and Eileen Sines of Chippewa Falls. He grew up near Lake Wissota and attended schools in the Chippewa Falls area.

Glen married Misty Kammeyer on July 31, 1982, in Chippewa Falls. He worked most of his life as a truck driver, most recently as an owner-operator for Brackmann Trucking of Hinckley, IL, he also worked for a time as a bartender at Parker's Place (Jill's on the Hill) in Chippewa Falls. He made many life-long friends through his employments.

Some of Glen's favorite past times included hunting, fishing, going out to dinner, and socializingwith friends. He was an avid Packer fan and relished in teasing Misty about being a Cowboys fan. Glen also loved riding motorcycle and being out on the road.

Glen is survived by his children, Nicole (Luke) Davis of Chetek, Jacob, Tyler, and Mariah Sines of Rice Lake, Mikala (Michael) Mcmanus stationed at Camp Pendleton California, and their mother, Misty Sines of Rice Lake; son, Matthew Nye of Cadott; a granddaughter, Alisynn Davis; his mother, Eileen (O'Donnell) Sines of Eau Claire; his birth mother, Mary (James) Browning and family of Nixa, MO; his sister, Sally Harter of Eau Claire; dedicated special friend, Jere Novak; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other beloved family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hugh B. Sines and several dear friends.

Visitation will be held from 4-6 pm on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls with a celebration of life service at 6 p.m. Pastor Ronald Clutter will lead the service.
