Grace Helen Denning, age 22 months, passed away Monday, April 7, 2014 at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester, MN surrounded by her family.

She was born May 23, 2012 in Rochester, MN to Katie (Beranek) and Tom Denning.

Her smile lit up a room and she touched so many simply by being Grace. She loved her chimes, stars, going for stroller rides, reading books and giving her dog Merlin treats. She was dearly loved.

She will be deeply missed by her parents; her grandparents, Steve and Linda Hennig, Ted and Barbara Denning, John and Shelly Beranek; great-grandmothers, Marcy Hennig, Lorraine Denning, Selma Vradenburg; aunts and uncles, Lea Kaemerer, Jesse and Susan Hennig, Sarah and Frankie Steponik, David Hewitt and Kelsey Hewitt; and many cousins.

Grace was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Helen and Clarence Burich, Julia and Peter Leis, Lucille and Jack Beranek; great-grandfathers, Gerald Denning, Ken Hennig, and Stan Vradenburg; and cousin, Ava Steponik.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, April 11 at Our Hope Lutheran Church, Chippewa Falls with the Rev. Philip Pitt officiating.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., Thursday, April 10 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church.
