Hazel Witham

Hazel H. Witham, 84, of 7321 203rd St., Chippewa Falls, town of Lafayette died Thursday, February 3, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Chippewa Falls.

She was born April 27, 1926 in Ontario, Monroe County, Wis. to Irene (Walters) and Scott Walker. She was raised in Ontario where she graduated from high school in 1944.

Hazel married Chester C. "Chet" Witham on November 6, 1945 in Ontario. They moved to Chippewa Falls in 1953 where she was employed as a waitress for over 35 years at Bennett Drug, The Silver Grill and Woolworths, retiring in 1982.

She is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews and many friends.
