Jack Liedl

Jack T. Liedl, 60, of Menomonie, died Saturday, September 10, 2016 at his residence.

He was born September 20, 1955 in Chippewa Falls to Edward and Lucy Liedl and graduated from Chippewa Falls High School in 1974. Shortly after he left for Milwaukee where he attended Milwaukee Area Technical College and earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree as a Plastics Technician. He returned to the Chippewa Falls area and worked for Con-Agra for almost 20 years.

Jack enjoyed cheering for the Packers, riding his motorcycle, feeding the birds and cats, collecting guns, fishing, playing his guitar and listening to good music.

Jack is survived by his brothers, Eugene (Bobbie) Liedl of Fall Creek, Larry Liedl of Chippewa Falls, Dennis (Cheryl) Liedl of Cadott, Rick (Lynn) Liedl of Elk Mound; sister, Arlis (Patrick) Brandner of Chippewa Falls; companion, Sharon Johnson of Menomonie; step-daughter, Nicole Sykora of Cadott and her kids, Bailey and Cade Sykora; brother-in-law, John Jakel; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and his beloved cat, Taz.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mavis Jakel; and his cat, Kitty.

Visitation will be from 5 -8 pm., Friday, September 16, 2016 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls.
