Janet Howell

Janet "Jan" Ellen Howell, 77, of 611 E. Park Ave., Chippewa Falls, died Friday, December 10, 2010 peacefully at home with her loving husband by her side.

She was born November 2, 1933 in Edinburg, Virginia to Katherine (Bowman) and Grattan Lutz. She graduated from Cooley High School, Detroit, Michigan in 1952. She was employed at Bell Telephone until she met the love of her life, Arthur Lynn Howell. They were married February 7, 1953 in Detroit.

Jan was a loving mother and wife and adored her many pet dogs through the years. She loved to garden and take care of her many plants. She especially liked visiting with the many friends she made while working at LaHacienda Restaurant, the Hotel Northern and TLC Lawncare.
