Joseph H. Krenzelok, 93, of Chippewa Falls, died Friday, November 2, 2012 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.

He was born December 20, 1918 in Ladysmith to Hedwig (Kohut) and Paul Krenzelok. He grew up in Ladysmith and worked on his dairy and horse farm. In his younger years, Joe also worked for the DNR and was proud to have worked on the Flambeau River Dam, Creamery and Papermill.

Joe married Margaret Long on January 18, 1947. They resided in Ladysmith where Joe worked at the Dairy, as well as farming. Joe's love for horses led him to deal in horses, as well as horse training. Joe, Margaret and their family moved to Chippewa Falls in 1968. He worked at Uniroyal until his retirement in 1984.

Always a hardworking and generous man who continued working at the Riverside Dental Lab after his retirement making deliveries and doing whatever needed to be done. Joe was well known for being able to fix anything and especially enjoyed tinkering with watches and lawnmowers. He loved to joke around and bring a smile to so many faces.

Survivors include two daughters, Jill (James) Kenney, Melissa Krenzelok; three sons, Joseph Jr. (Sue), all of Chippewa Falls, Douglas (Lisa) of Cornell; Richard of Holcombe; 17 grandchildren, Jesse, Billy, Heather, Kristina, Angie, James, Stephanie, Nick, Ricky, Jessica, Christopher, Joey, Jacob, Andrew, Jenny, Alissa and Stevie; great-grandchildren, Sarafin, Anika, Emma, Ethan, Jenna, Azrael, Elleana, Thomas, Grace, Keith, Madison, Aubry, Michael Jr., Violet, Nathan Jr. and Kimi; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many close friends.
