Joy L. Neff

Joy Lynch Neff, 80, of Eau Claire, formally of Chippewa Falls, WI departed on her last cruise on January 6, 2025 at the Mayo Clinic Medical Center in Eau Claire, WI.

Joy will be remembered for her colorful outlook on life & love for her cats. Joy knew no strangers, and her heart was full of charity. Joy supported multiple charitable organizations over the years. She loved her family completely, and traveling was her passion – naturally there was nothing she loved more than sharing that passion with her family and friends. It brought her true happiness.

Joy is survived by her children: Tony (Iva) Roach of Franklin, KY, Tina Roach of Jacksonville, NC, and Teresa (Moises) Martinez of Wichita, KS; along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren—63 in total; and one beloved cat, Leonardo DeKitty.

A Ceremony of Life will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at the Mill Ridge Estate Condos - Community Center in Eau Claire (4299 Mill Ridge Cir.) starting at 2:00PM.

In lieu of flowers, memories in Joy’s honor are appreciated and may be designated to the Grand Theater in Eau Claire: 201 W. Grand Ave, Eau Claire, WI. Phone: 715-832-7529.
