Kaylie B. Schwingle, 18, of Chippewa Falls, passed away in the early morning on Saturday, August 19, 2023.
She was born February 21, 2005, in Chippewa Falls to Kelly Schwingle and Casey Kressin. She graduated from Chippewa Falls High School in May and was working on obtaining her Certified Nurses Aide license through Dove Healthcare.
Kaylie was a young, social butterfly that knew everybody. Not only was Kaylie always smiling, she had a gentle way of putting a smile on other’s faces as well. Her siblings and friends meant the world to her and she spent every day hanging out with friends, shopping, or listening to music. She had a funny side that could make you laugh for hours, and she touched so many lives with her joyful, kind, empathetic, sweet soul.
Kaylie is survived by her mom and stepdad, Kelly and Rich Haley; siblings, Sienna, Austyn, Hudson, and Paige; grandparents, Rick, Richard and Gail, Alan and Cheryl, Cindee, and Dick and Sara; significant other, Torien; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her dad, Casey Kressin; grandpa, David Kressin; grandma, Karen Schwingle; and cousin, Jacob Dachel.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m., Tuesday, August 29 at Central Lutheran Church, 28 E Columbia St, Chippewa Falls.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 30 at Central Lutheran Church with Reverend Aaron Sturgis officiating. Visitation will also begin at 10 a.m. at the church on Wednesday.
Private interment will be held at a later date at Hope Cemetery, Chippewa Falls.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
