Larry Scheuermann

Larry R. Scheuermann, 72, of Chippewa Falls, Village of Lake Hallie, died Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire.

He was born March 31, 1937 in Brackett, to Gladys (Otto) and Leonard Scheuermann. He grew up in Allen township, Eau Claire, and attended Allen Grade School and Osseo High School.

Larry married Mary (Polzin) Milbee on June 20, 1987 at Central Lutheran Church in Chippewa Falls. They resided in the Village of Lake Hallie, where Larry worked as a carpenter for most of his life.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; a daughter, Rae Hakes of Chippewa Falls; a son, Brent (Gale) Scheuermann of Sheldon; a step-daughter, Maria (Kamran) Milbee-Hasan of Madison; three sisters, Jane White of Rochester, MN, Janet (Gary) Soley of Fall Creek, Karen Solberg of Elk Mound; two brothers, Philip (Darlene) Scheuermann, Dale (Judy) Scheuermann, all of Chippewa Falls; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Jackie; two sisters, Helen and Grace; a brother, Melvin; and a son-in-law, John Hakes.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 31 at St. Raymond of Penafort, S10444 Hwy. 53, Fall Creek 54742, with Fr. John Hogan officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Guardian Angel Cemetery, Fall Creek.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the church.

Memorials in Larry's name may be designated to the Alzheimer's Association.
