Lillian M. Johnholtz, 85, of Chippewa Falls, died Thursday, November 24, 2016 at Aggie's Country Living while under the care of St. Joseph's Hospice.
She was born on March 26, 1931 in Chippewa Falls to Reinhardt and Sylvia (Beaudoin) Schulz. On June 17, 1951 she married Lloyd Johnholtz.
Over the years Lillian worked various jobs at the Chippewa Canning Factory, Bowman Dairy and the Mason Shoe mailing room. While raising her own children, she also provided child care for others.
For Lillian faith and family were her life. She was a kind, generous soul with a quick wit.
Lillian will be dearly missed by her children, Mary (William) Kempe of Park Falls, Wis., Daniel (Julie) Johnholtz, Patrice (Brice) Rubenzer, Denise (Jerry) Fisher, Jeanne (Tony) Brick, Kathleen (Thomas) Zehm, all of Chippewa Falls, and Lori (Ken) Schroeder of Elk Mound; siblings, Fern Eder, Edward "Ed" (Millie) Schulz, Donald "Tick" Schulz, Leo "Babe" (Cindy) Schulz, and Ruth "Bun" (Bill) Beaudette; 18 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and "sister"-in-law, Loretta Lucas. We will miss you "Punkie".
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lloyd; sister, Bernice (Jim) Martin; brothers, John "Jit" (Edna) Schulz, and Richard "Pound" (Judy) Schulz; sister-in-law, Darlene "Dede" Schulz; and brother-in-law, Tom Eder.
A funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 412 S. Main St., Chippewa Falls with Fr. Justin Kizewski officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Chippewa Falls.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m., Monday, November 28 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, 44 E. Columbia St., and from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at Holy Ghost Church.
