Linda Carol Robertson, 71, of Chippewa Falls, town of Eagle Point, died Friday, January 15, 2016 at Mayo Clinic Health System, Eau Claire.

She was born November 13, 1944 in Childress, TX to Carol (Melby) and Randall "Bud" Ashley. When Linda was young, her family moved to Chippewa Falls, and she graduated from Chi-Hi, class of 1963. She worked for Amoco for several years following high school.

On September 16, 1978, she married Robert Robertson. They resided in the town of Eagle Point where Linda enjoyed flower gardening, shopping, listening to country music and she cherished time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Robertson; her mother, Carol Ashley; sister, Susan Bruley; brother, Newman Ashley; sister-in-law, June Vader, all of Chippewa Falls; niece and nephews, Heather (Nolan) Mosher of Chippewa Falls, Jordan Bruley of Woodbury, MN, Chad Bruley of Eleva; and great-niece and nephew, Taylor and Mason Mosher.

She waspreceded in deathby her father, and brother-in-law, Ron Vader.

A private family service will be held with burial at Forest Hill Cemetery, Chippewa Falls.
