Lisa Ann Buchli, 37, of West St. Paul, MN, formerly of Chippewa Falls, died at her home on Thursday, May 24, 2018.
Lisa was born to Larry and Patricia (Heidtke) Buchli in Chippewa Falls on May 3, 1981. She graduated from Chippewa Falls High School with the class of 1999. Lisa attended UW-Madison, graduating with an Engineering degree in Water Resources. After graduation, Lisa worked at Ayres Associates in Eau Claire, the Army Corps of Engineers in St. Paul and was currently employed with the Young Environmental Consulting Group, LLC. She also canned beer and bartended at Lake Monster Brewery in St. Paul and delivered Amazon packages for the USPS in Apple Valley at one time.
Lisa was an outdoors enthusiast and enjoyed camping, canoeing and spending time at the family cabin in Barnes. Her crafting skills rivaled those of Martha Stewart, especially evident by all of her creative Halloween costumes over the years. She had a love of all things Brewers and attended many games. She was an avid reader and podcast listener. Lisa was a regular volunteer for Hospice and enjoyed her time with those she met. Her wit and sense of humor were one of a kind and kept everyone on their toes. She was a loving daughter, sister, auntie and significant other who will be missed by all who knew her.
Lisa is survived by her parents; sisters, Angela (Patrick) Roe of McFarland, WI and Jennifer Buchli of Madison, WI; niece and nephew, Emily and Mason Roe; significant other, Noel Teppo and his parents, Larry and Linda Teppo of St. Paul, MN; his brothers, Lars (Kym) Teppo and their children Kai and Aila of San Jose, CA, Nathan (Danielle Meehan) and their children, Liliana and James Teppo-Meehan of Lakeville, MN and sister, Jessica Teppo of St. Paul, MN. She is further survived by aunts and uncles, Mary (Donald) Poirier, Ginny (Terry) Hasenberg, Roger (Judy) Heidtke, David (Sandra) Heidtke, Thomas (Mary Ann) Heidtke, Ronald “Roscoe” (Deone) Buchli, and Arlyn Buchli; her cat, Lionel Scritchie; along with many other loving relatives and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Irene and Harold Heidtke; paternal grandparents, Ellen and Raymond Buchli and aunt, Judith Buchli.
The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2018, at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, 44 E. Columbia Street, Chippewa Falls, with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Rev. Robert Hoekstra will be officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Chippewa Falls.
