Lorraine E. Joles, 92, of Chippewa Falls, village of Lake Hallie, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at home.

She was born January 10, 1920 in Stanley to Marie (Henneman) and Peter Schunk.

Lorraine married Leonard Joles on February 13, 1937 in Chippewa Falls. They resided in Hallie from the time of their marriage.

Survivors include a daughter, Lorraine (Donald) Cripe of Eau Claire; a son, Gary (Linda) Joles of Chippewa Falls; four grandchildren, Amy (Don) Martineau, Don, Garry and Dan (Jill) Cripe; a sister, Judy (Jerry) Wing of Chippewa Falls; eight great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Leonard on February 6, 2001; a sister, Delores Garton; two brothers, Edward and Charles Schunk; and two great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 17 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel in Chippewa Falls with the Rev. Bruce Schmidt, of Grace Baptist Church, Chippewa Falls, officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Eau Claire.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 16 and one hour prior to the service Wednesday at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel.

AFTERSERVICE

A funeral services for Lorraine E. Joles, 92, of Chippewa Falls, village of Lake Hallie, was held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 17 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel in Chippewa Falls. Rev. Bruce Schmidt of Grace Baptist Church, Chippewa Falls officiated and several friends and family members shared personal reflections.

Interment was in Forest Hill Cemetery, Eau Claire. Casket bearers were Don Jr., Dan, Kevin, Dano and Alex Cripe, Alex Olson and Amy Martineau.
