Louise E. Freeman, age 66 of Chippewa Falls, passed away peacefully at the Wissota Health Transitions Center in Chippewa Falls on Friday, October 2, 2015.
On January 16, 1949, Louise was born to Louis and Evelyn (Kampf) Harel in Chippewa Falls, WI. She married Gary Freeman on December 6, 1968 in Chippewa Falls. Louise joined Gary in Fort Sill, OK, prior to his deployment to Vietnam.
Louise was a kind, loving and gentle person that was always taking care of her nieces and nephews. She was willing to help where ever she was needed. She loved gardening and being outside and especially enjoyed flowering.
Louise is survived by her husband of 46 years, Gary; her mother, Evelyn Harel; three brothers, Ronald (Carol), David (Chris), and Kenneth Harel; four sisters, Lorraine (Mark) Eslinger, Renae Harel, Barbara (Dan) Fransway and Teresa Harel; sisters-in-law, Linda (Denny) Harings and Carolyn Brenner; brothers-in-law, Vern (Cindy) Freeman, Rod Freeman, Kevin Freeman, and Joe Hinojosa; and her uncle, Ray Kampf; She is further survived by her special nieces and nephews that she cared for so much.
She was preceded in death by her father, Louis, brother, Daniel; an infant brother, Louis; sisters-in-law, Sheila Harel and Janese Hinojosa; and her brother-in-law, Pat Brenner.
A visitation will from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2015, at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, 44 E. Columbia Street, Chippewa Falls, with a time of reflection beginning at 11:00 a.m.
