Marilyn Frances Cripe, 70, of Tucson, AZ, died Friday, September 13, 2013 in Tucson.

She was born November 12, 1942 in Chippewa Falls, the daughter of Lucille (Sprint) and Norman Cripe. She was raised in Chippewa Falls and graduated from Chippewa Falls High School in 1960.

Marilyn was employed for Northern States Power/Xcel Energy in Minneapolis for over 25 years until retiring in June 2001. After her retirement she moved to Tucson, where she has since resided.

Survivors include her brother, David (Diane) Cripe of Tucson and several cousins.

She was preceded in by her parents.

A graveside service was held at Prairie View Cemetery, village of Lake Hallie.
