Orrin Hanson

Orrin V. Hanson, 90, resident of the Clark County Health Care Center, Owen, died Sunday June 6, 2010 at the center.

He was born April 8, 1920 in Bloomer to Clara (Evenson) and Oscar Hanson.

Orrin had been a resident at Clark County Health Care Center for many years, where he was the head gardener in the potato fields.

Survivors include two nieces, Sandy (Dennis) Guse of Beaver Dam, Patricia (Daryl) LeDuc of Waupaca; two nephews, Robert (Susan) Hanson of Kenosha, Mike (Cindy) Meier of Grafton; and many great-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Eleanor Meier and Eunice Wallace; and a brother, Clifford Hanson.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, June 12 at the Running Valley Lutheran Free Church Cemetery, town of Cook's Valley, Chippewa County.
