Patricia A. Couillard

Patricia A. Couillard, 75, formerly of San Antonio, TX, died peacefully on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at VitaCare Assisted Living in Menomonie, WI.

On February 27, 1948, Patricia was born to Ishmael and Antonia Montez in San Antonio, TX. Patricia graduated from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. And worked as a rehabilitation nurse until retirement. Patricia was united in marriage to Wayne Couillard during the summer of 1966.

Patricia, enjoyed scrap booking, bingo, cooking, tv game shows, and card games, crime scene documentaries as well as other shows.

Patricia is survived by her sons, Seth Couillard of Chippewa Falls and Douglas Couillard of  San Antonjo, TX; granddaughters, Jessica Tanner of Gilman and Abigail Couillard of Chippewa Falls; great-granddaughter, Royal; along with other loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wayne in 2016; and son, Michael Couillard in 1994.

A private interment will be held in Hannibal Cemetery, Taylor County Wisconsin at a later date.
