Patricia C. "Pat" Sippy, 83, of Chippewa Falls died Saturday, February 7, 2015 at her home.

She was born December 14, 1931 in Gilman to Clara (Luzinski) and Edward Fitzpatrick.

She married Leon "Neudie" Gygi in 1950. Together they had three children and farmed in Holcombe for many years. The couple later divorced.

On September 8, 1972, she married Robert L. Sippy in Watertown, SD. They resided in Eagle Point, where they farmed. They later moved back to Robert's home town of Jim Falls. Pat worked at St. Joseph's Hospital as a nurse's aide, and later in the dietary dept. until her retirement. Robert preceded her in death on December 19, 2008.

Pat loved to fish, camp and play cribbage. She liked to keep busy doing the things she loved, including gardening and canning. She took pride in everything she did and will be remembered as a hard worker.

She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Cheryl Gygi of Chippewa Falls; daughter-in-law, Antoinette "Toni" Gygi of Huntington, WV; two sisters, Marie Revolinski of Madison, Katherine Mohrenweiser of Wayzata, MN; three brothers, James (Karen) Fitzpatrick of Lake City, MN, Edward "Dewey" Fitzpatrick of Cornell, David "John" Fitzpatrick of Minneapolis, MN; two grandchildren, Donald and Tammy Gygi of Huntington, WV; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Leon; second husband, Robert; sons, Donald and Ronald Gygi; sister, Theresa Kreger; brother, Raymond Fitzpatrick; sister-in-law, Joann Fitzpatrick; and brother-in-law, Norman Revolinski.

A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, February 14 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Jim Falls with Fr. John Schultz officiating. Burial will follow at Cornell Cemetery, Cornell.

Visitation will be from 4- 7 p.m., Friday at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls and one-half hour prior to the service Saturday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Pat's honor may go to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.

AFTERSERVICE

A funeral service for Patricia C. Sippy was held at 10 a.m., Saturday, February 14 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Jim Falls. Fr. John Schultz officiated at the funeral Mass and server was Mitchell Lazarz. Music was provided by Judy Brist, readings were given by daughter, Cheryl Gygi, gift bearers were Lane and Karen Fitzpatrick and Eucharistic Minister was brother, Jim Fitzpatrick

Interment followed at Cornell Cemetery. Casket bearers were James, John, Keith, and Sean Fitzpatrick, Grant Sippy and Bill Rank, honorary bearer was Dewey Fitzpatrick.

Friday evening Susan Hebert-Flanagan led family and friends in reciting the rosary at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel.
