Robert P. "Bob" Henry, 50 of Fall Creek, town of Lincoln, died Wednesday evening, December 3, 2014 at home after a courageous battle with Amyloidosis AL.

He was born January 25, 1964 in Eau Claire to Joan (Franke) and Steve Henry. He was raised in Chippewa Falls and attended Notre Dame Grade School and graduated from McDonell High School in 1982.

Bob married Denise Meredith on June 24, 1988 in Chippewa Falls.

He was employed at Pepsi Cola Bottling Company in Eau Claire for over 28 years.

Bob loved fishing, hunting, biking, playing softball, listening to music and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Denise; a daughter, Manda Henry of Fall Creek; a son, Ryan; his parents, Steve and Joan Henry of Chippewa Falls; four sisters, Barb Henry of Minneapolis, M.J. (Doug) Sharpe of Chippewa Falls, Joyce Henry of Chippewa Falls, Sharon Munich of Farmington, Minnesota; three brothers, Mike (Renee) Henry of Punta Gorda, Florida, Tom (Ann "Tools") Henry of Chippewa Falls, Bill (Sally) Henry of Cadott; also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law; nieces, nephews and many friends.

He was preceded in death by a son, Corey; his maternal and paternal grandparents; and childhood idol, Mrs. Vajgrt.

A funeral Mass will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, December 8 at St. Bridget's Catholic Church, town of Seymour, Eau Claire County. Fr. G. Valentine Joseph will be celebrant of the funeral Mass.

Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m., Sunday at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls and one hour prior to the service Monday at the church. The Rosary will be recited at 5:30 p.m., Sunday at the funeral chapel.

AFTERSERVICE

A funeral service for Robert P. "Bob" Henry, 50, of Fall Creek, was held at 2 p.m., Monday, December 8 at St. Bridget's Catholic Church, town of Seymour, Eau Claire County. Fr. G. Valentine Joseph was celebrant of the funeral Mass and music was provided by Georgiann Olson. Gift bearers were Zach Anderson and Jordan Henry. Personal reflections were given by Bob's father, Steve Henry. Casket bearers were brothers, Mike, Tom and Bill Henry and brother-in-law, Doug Sharpe. Interment will be at a later date. Sunday evening Bob's mother Joan Henry led family and friends in a rosary service at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel.
