Robert J. Kreiling, 69, of Chippewa Falls, died Thursday, November 26, 2015 at his home.
Bob was born April 3, 1946 in Chippewa Falls to Anthony and Vera (Waldusky) Kreiling. He attended St. Charles Borromeo Grade School and McDonell High School. He served in the US Navy from September, 1964 until August, 1969.
After his time in the Navy, Bob moved back to Chippewa Falls and worked for many years at Reiter's Steak House on Lake Wissota. After Reiter's closed Bob began working at Leinenkugel Brewing Company, where he was employed for 20 years.
In his free time Bob enjoyed hunting, riding motorcycle, fishing, woodworking and trips to Sun Dance Wyoming.
Bob is survived by his sisters, Nettie (Bill) Proud and Suzanne (Ron) Simet both of Chippewa Falls; nephew, Brian (Cary) Proud of Chippewa Falls; great-nephews, Wyatt Proud and Logan Goettl; and other cousins, aunts, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Tony Jr.
A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, 44 E Columbia St., Chippewa Falls with Rev. Aaron Sturgis officiating.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, Chippewa Falls. Military honors will be provided by the Chippewa Falls Patriotic Council.
