Ronald G. Erickson

Ronald G. Erickson, 83, of the town of Wheaton, died peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, November 29, 2024, at the Rutledge Home in Chippewa Falls.

He was born September 21, 1941, in Eau Claire to Gordon and Lucille (Johnson) Erickson. 

Ron married Juanita Richards. He worked at Peter’s Meats in Chippewa Falls for 13 years, and then on the ground’s crew at UW Eau Claire for 20 years.

Ron is survived by his wife, Juanita; children, Rockie Erickson of Chippewa Falls, Jim Erickson of the town of Ludington; William Berg of Superior, Ann Marie Garcia of Chetek, Teresa Blodgett of Chetek, Jacqueline Walhovd of Eau Claire, Cindy Budd of the town of Wheaton, Benjamin (Ann) Berg of Eau Claire, and Ronald Erickson Jr. of Elk Mound; 67 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; siblings, Lynette Erickson of Eau Claire, Kenneth Erickson of Florida, Terry (Bonnie) of Erickson of Eau Claire, and Dennis Erickson of California; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A private family burial will be held at a later date.
