Wayne N. Hedrington Jr. 47, of Chippewa Falls, died peacefully at Dove Healthcare West in Eau Claire on Saturday, November 12, 2016.

Wayne came into the world, with his beautiful smile, in July 1969 to Wayne and RuthAnn. He excelled and graduated from Chi-Hi with honors in friendship, zest for life, and a wicked sense of humor.

He had a heart of GOLD and would give you the shirt off his back and the last dollar in his pocket to anyone who crossed his path. He was an avid outdoorsman and had an absolute passion for the great outdoors.

Winter, spring, summer, or fall, Wayne loved to fish and could be found on the water. He was a loving son, brother, nephew, uncle, and good friend that will be deeply missed by all.

Wayne is survived by his mom, RuthAnn; big sister, Angie of Fargo; many amazing aunts and uncles, Betty (Bob) Leidholdt of Chippewa Falls, Ronald (Pat) Bleskachek of Chippewa Falls, Gerald Bleskachek of PA, Robert (Pam) Bleskachek of Elk Mound, Tom (Mavis) Bleskachek of Chippewa Falls, his one and only nephew Anthony Hedrington of Fargo ND; along with many fantastic cousins, relatives, and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; father Wayne Sr.

A funeral service will be at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, 44 E. Columbia Street, Chippewa Falls, with a visitation beginning at 4:00 p.m. Rev. Robert Hoekstra will be officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
